Thank you for not ripping me off! Took my car to a chain with a coupon for a free brake inspection.. I heard grinding and squeaking so I was prepared to get new brakes. I was not prepared to pay $800 for new pads and rotors as they told me I needed. So I got a 2nd opinion. WW automotive inspected my car and found that the brakes were squeaking due to surface rust. The pads and rotors have lots of life in them. I appreciate your honesty and will come back!

Great service as usual from World Wide Automotive today. Taking a chance I stopped by late without an appointment (I don't mean to encourage this behavior) but I had trouble the day before starting my Prius when it was very cold. Seeing more cold conditions were expected I hoped maybe they could test my battery to see if it held a charge. They did and while I was expecting to be told the small battery needed to be replaced, they told me it was good. Since I was within 1,000 miles of needing an oil change they went ahead and performed that service as well. It's difficult to find auto mechanics you can trust but in 20 plus years of dealing with WWA, I''ve always found them to be competent and honest.
