I love this shop. They've done great work on my previous 12 year old car (still running) and my new one. Assessments are honest, work is solid, and the lobby is a pleasure to wait in with a friendly staff and a lovely view. The prices may be just a little higher than some other shops, but I think they are worth it because they help support eco-friendly practices. Also, they support WFIU, and that always gets my business. :-)

In these unsettled times, some routine services can be difficult to navigate. Not the case at World Wide Automotive, however. I tossed my keys to Paul in the parking lot for a literal, contactless appointment. "I'll take care of everything," he said. "You don't even need to come in." As we left, the owner, Don, opened the front door and waved a friendly greeting. When our Prius was ready, we paid paid from the parking lot. Rolling down the highway, the aroma of disinfectant was priceless. We trust World Wide, appreciate their personable staff, and value their dedication to provide a safe environment for service.

We have used world wide auto for over 5 years and the service has always been consistently great. They seem to be very skilled at either repair or maintenance of your car and provide options depending on your budget. They also provide convenient shuttle service which makes it easier to send and pick up your car.

As always, World Wide provided the absolute best service. When the battery in my Honda Insight decided to succumb to the pandemic, they had the battery in stock and were able to get me up and running the same day. They are maybe not the only ones capable of doing that, but they are the nicest and most trustworthy folks. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
