Quality work done quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by how smooth my car drove after the appointment, and I found my car seat was in a more comfortable position (might be a negative for people very particular about their seat position). For context, I had my Honda Civic 2021 maintanence done here, which included flushing of the transmission fluid, replacing the brake fluid, inspecting/rotating tires, replacing engine oil filter, and replacing air filters. I scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance, and was able to get my car back around 7 hours after dropping it off for the appointment. In total it cost me a little under a grand for the maintenance. I'm sure I could have had this done cheaper elsewhere, but I am very satisfied with the quality I got here.

Staff is highly professional and accommodating. I’ve had no bad experiences working with them over the years, and have full confidence in the services they provide. They are good at mapping out issues to address after a thorough review, and advising on whether/ how repairs can be spread out and prioritized—helpful for budget planning.

Called in the early morning and left a message before they opened to see if they could work me in, I was over 800 miles to get my oil changed and knew I was going be traveling for work and didn’t want to put any more miles without getting my oil changed. They called me back worked me right in the same day; and they have a in-house service where they drop you off back at work and pick you up to come and get your car. Super convenient, and Tom was my driver back-and-forth and was super pleasant to talk to. Hands down top notch service and would recommend them any day!!!

Traveling 600 miles and had an immediate issue with an inverter cooling pump on a hybrid car. Diagnostics were quick and car repairs complete the following morning. Excellent service, great Staff. If I lived within the Bloomington area I would use this shop for all my automotive repairs.

I had had a tiny accident. The body shop told me I needed $2800 worth of repairs. I took the car to Worldwide. For $123 they inspected the car, reattached a panel, and assured me nothing more wss needed at this time. I have 100% trust in Worldwide
