I have taken several of our foreign vehicles here for inspection, service, and repair. The customer service always leaves me feeling taken care of and like I am being treated honestly. They are up front about what they find in their inspections and straightforward about what needs to be repaired immediately and what isnt urgent or dangerous. Their prices are fair as well. I found a place I trust and plan to keep coming back!

Service is fine and mechanic seems honest, but parts are heavily overpriced. I took my 2004 Honda CR-V for a post purchase inspection - it went good and the inspection fee was very reasonable ($60). But the recommended fixes were extremely overpriced compared to prices you can see online. For example, they quoted replacement side mirror glass for $130, when I found one online for $20. I think this shop’s PPIs are decent, but I wouldn’t come back for repairs or maintenance.

Engaged the team at World Wide for a pre-purchase inspection for a used vehicle near by that I wanted checked before test driving. They engaged same day, got the vehicle in, gave it a comprehensive review, and spent 20 minutes on the phone with Zach reviewing the completed report, concerns, and questions. I took my car in to get it serviced before heading out west for a trip. They were very welcoming, provided great service and hospitality! Tom was amazing!! He gave us a ride to a breakfast spot and then picked us up later in the day and was very kind!
