I genuinely will not take my car to another shop in town. Ive had my oil and timing belt changed here and the staff has been so communicative and thorough on estimates and their repair process. Theyve not tried to upsell me once. I turned down a suggested repair because of my financial situation and the mechanic fixed it at no cost because he valued my safety. I recommend everyone take their vehicles to WW.

I have been using WorldWide Auto for as long as I can remeber. They are by far and away the best auto repair shop that I have ever used in my 60 years as a car owner. They are incredibly knowledgable, thorough, and their practices are the most environmentally sustainable of any auto repair shop that I have ever heard of. Once again, World Wide Automotive did the work and got me back into my car in a most satisfactory fashion. I had to wait a few days for them to fit me in to their schedule, but you have to expect that from a good shop sometimes. The needed work on my Kia was unknown at the time of first contact, but when the problems were diagnosed, contact with me was made and I was informed as to what was needed and how much it might cost me. The 'OK' was given and it was less than a day to repair it and get me back behind the wheel. Thanks!
