I brought my Jetta in for an oil change. World Wide got me in and out in less than an hour. Their waiting area is a comfortable place to wait and the customer service is fantastic! I'm coming back this week for new tires. They take great care of my !!

I am a "regular" client with 20+ years experience with World Wide." I have NEVER had a "bad" experience with the people or service. I can not imagine a better automotive service anywhere; and, on the advice of friends/acquaintances, over my 20+ years, I have tried other auto service providers and I have always come back. I set the appointment to repair AC. I informed the staff on what was done to the car to address the AC issues. I paid $282 and the problem still there. So 2 stars.

Our technician performed diagnostic testing to identify the root cause of the problem, which allowed us to determine the repairs needed to restore proper A/C operation. The diagnostic charge covered the technician's time, testing, and expertise required to pinpoint the issue accurately. After reviewing the findings and providing an estimate for the recommended repair, you decided to complete the repair yourself. We completely respect that decision. However, because the recommended repair was declined, the underlying issue was not addressed during your visit, so the A/C concern remained. We understand that diagnostic work can sometimes be frustrating because the result isn't an immediate repair, but accurately identifying the problem is essential to fixing today's complex vehicles.
