Once again, World Wide Automotive did the work and got me back into my car in a most satisfactory fashion. I had to wait a few days for them to fit me in to their schedule, but you have to expect that from a good shop sometimes. The needed work on my Kia was unknown at the time of first contact, but when the problems were diagnosed, contact with me was made and I was informed as to what was needed and how much it might cost me. The 'OK' was given and it was less than a day to repair it and get me back behind the wheel. Thanks!

I had car issues during my trip to Bloomington. As I was from out of town, I did not know where to turn. The reviews for World Wide Auto were very good and thank goodness I called. Zach was very helpful and calming. I brought my car in and he identified the issue right away. He also helped get the repair done that day, which was a very busy day. The costs were in line with the estimate. I picked my car up in the afternoon and was able to return home to Chicago later that day. I am very grateful to World Wide Auto.

First visit after buying my used Audi A5. If it were not for the for the unexpected 2x markup ($70 charge for $35 worth of synthetic motor) plus a 90 minute wait for my pre-scheduled oil change, I would have given 5 stars.

My daughter was in a jam and these guys set up a tow immediately and fixed the car within a day when they originally anticipated it might be a week or more. Very grateful and we will be coming back.
