My daughter had used the services of World Wide Auto for many years and always said she received the most careful and personal service no matter who she talked to about her car. My husband and I just started having WWA do the service and maintenance on our Subaru, and we couldn't be more confident that our car is in capable hands. The online appointment process is easy, the drop-off is simple, and the text and email reminders and personal phone calls are also a plus! We feel that their prices are fair and that they see the whole car when they are working on it and not just the one issue that is being addressed. More importantly to me is that I am always treated with respect and as though I am the only customer who matters at the moment. I don't find that same attitude at many car dealerships or service garages in Bloomington or Indy.
