I trust my car only to World Wide Auto and have done so for many years. Their service is great; they are extremely professional in their care of my car, and they are very honest in their billing. My 2018 Honda CRV is still running very well, thanks to their excellent care of it. And they have gone beyond what is required: when I had a mouse's nest in my air filter, they patiently took it out and cleaned the entire area. They also have helped me set up navigational systems, and have always ensured my tires are rotated on the required basis, all maintenance is done and checked on a regular schedule and, if any problems occur, they are able to fit me in for inspection and work very quickly. I have highly recommended them to all of my friends who have foreign made cars, and their feedback has been very positive as well. Bloomington is indeed fortunate to have World Wide Auto here.

I had a very old Volvo & was planning a long road trip. I took it to World Wide because I needed a true assessment of its condition, which I received in great detail. They explained what was worth fixing & what wasn’t. For the issues not worth fixing , they told me exactly what to expect as the issues worsened. And while it wasn’t really road worthy enough to drive cross-country, it was safe & likely to last a year or more of local driving. And they even recommended a good replacement vehicle. World Wide gave me the honest assessment that I needed, and I am grateful.
