Great people, wonderful service - very trustworthy!

Such nice people. Convenient scheduling. Great service. Reasonable price for foreign vehicle service by an entity familiar with foreign vehicles.

I am a fairly new customer, having for years gone to the dealer for repairs. But as my car aged, every visit brought recommendations for thousands of dollars in repairs. As I became increasingly skeptical, I took it to World Wide Auto to get a second opinion. The difference is TRUST. If WWA says my car needs something, I trust the diagnosis and trust them to do the work quickly and reliably. Most recently my 15-year-old car started shivering and making strange noises. When WWA said it needed new front brakes, I trusted that it did and that they would fix it . Because they were sent a wrong part, they had to keep the car over the weekend, but they gave me a loaner so I could get to a doctor's appointment Monday morning. These are honest, kind professionals. I only wish I had come here years earlier.

Always professional and do the work promised on time

I brought my 21 year-old Acura MDX to WWA because I was experiencing an unexplained power drain on my battery. They quickly got to the bottom of the problem and fixed a faulty sensor issue. In the process, they also performed needed maintenance on my SUV to keep it running another year. WWA is professional in their dealings and I find they turn around maintenance problems quickly. Their service charges are reasonable. In short, I will continue to use their services.

They've squeezed in my vehicle on several occasions when an issue emerged before important travel. Most importantly, they are very straightforward about what is going on, what is critical, and what the risks are.
