Best automotive service experience ever. First visit for me. My wife has been bringing her Mini’s here for years. My warranty on my Outback is just up. Let’s say the dealership experiences have not been pleasant. That is just for routine stuff. Previous Outback was with a local dealership The last one I used an incredibly well respected dealer’s highly rated service. The communication with WWW is stellar. This was just routine stuff. My wife’s Mini’s have had service concerns that are not just routine maintenance. She gets email text updates as the service is going on. Details for approvals of each possible next steps and what those mean to someone who is not a mechanic (and giving approval for the steps you want with cost breakdown listed!). That is why I used the word stellar. The facility is ultra clean. The staff are friendly and know how to walk through this stuff so a guy like me understands it Thank you for the great help for years with my spouses vehicles. My Outback will be there on schedule! I have a Cooper Works Mini which is seldom driven. You will get the pleasure of meeting her in the not so distant future!

The team at worldwide was timely, communicative and transparent with their recent service on my 11 year old and 200k mile VW CC. The vehicle suffered a failure that through some incremental attempts at repair based on dialogue with the team, ultimately led to calling the car a loss. When a follow on last Hail Mary attempt to repair the vehicle based off a suggestion proved unfruitful, the team did not charge for the attempt and was super flexible with my timeline to have the vehicle removed. Every interaction from the phone to the office was professional and courteous. The team there will continue to be my dealer alternative in Bloomington.
