Zach was the technician that worked on my car and he was great. He walked me through the issues in a clear and understandable manner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Service fees were pretty reasonable, will definitely come back back if other issues arise.

Prompt, friendly response upon entering establishment. Knowledgeable and professional staff assisted with the process. My son recommended World Wide when I was visiting some years back. I discovered then they could be trusted. We have recently relocated to Bloomington so I knew right where to go when I had an issue. They road tested my vehicle right when I walked in. After hearing the noise as well as discovering a leak Zach determined what the problem was. I was able to have the repairs done within a few days.
