I really appreciate all the folks at World Wide Auto so much! They are friendly, excellent at their work, and they go above and beyond to provide great customer service! I used to take my car to the dealership for service and I was often left disappointed and even outraged by the level of incompetence! Finally a friend recommended WW Auto and I am so grateful! I have brought my wife's Tiguan here for major maintenance and repairs a number of times. Their technicians have replaced the timing belt and this time they replaced the water pump. They even did a courtesy oil change since I had forgotten to remove the old oil change sticker from the window without charge.

Paul and the whole crew at World Wide do a great job. Always on time and do the work as promised. Very happy with them and will continue to get my work done there.

Staff was very informative and kept open communication with me every step of the way while trying to diagnose my vehicle’s problems and recommend repairs. Would definitely recommend Worldwide to friends and family.

The technician claimed tover the phone and on the attached photo of the bill) to have tested the wiring to a sensor with an error code. They said I would have to take my car to the dealer to get reprogrammed. I took it to the dealer and they found the wiring to the sensor was frayed needed replacing and reprogramming was not needed at all. If a wiring continuity check was done as claimed on the bill from World Wide the problem would have been instantly found so what “service” was I charged for?
