The folks at World Wide Automotive Service are great! I really appreciate that they will explain everything they plan to do and make sure you understand before they do any work. They are also absolutely kind. Our transmission was going out and rather than just tell us the cost to fix it they gave their professional opinion on if it was of value to us to fix it. When we decided not to fix the transmission, they allowed us to keep the car there at the shop for a few days while we figured out how we were going to dispose of our car. I don't know of any other mechanic shop that would do that for their customers. I will always recommend World Wide Automotive Service as a great place to take your vehicle for service.

We were visiting Bloomington when the starter on our PASSAT stopped working! Total LUCK! that we found WWA and that they could help is. From organizing the tow to keeping us informed they were able to solve our problem- lesson learned from their genius team- try your remote start before towing We loved the experience, the price and most of all, peace of mind. Now of only the dealerships could fogure out what Worldwide Auto has a wrap on.

World Wide went above and beyond to replace my clutch ruined by a valet parking attendant in Indy who said he could drive a standard transmission but couldn't. Their customer service is excellent, as is their repair service! I'd recommend them for any repair or maintenance needed.
