What impressed me most was I was able to speak to someone who answered my questions and concerns without being dismissive as many are with women. Everyone from the person who answered the phone through the entire process was willing to talk and inform me. My car is actually driving better even though none of the work directly involved that (tires, axle, etc) Definitely will be returning.

I've worked with World Wide a few times over the past couple months to get some normal wear and tear fixed and they have been absolutely fantastic. I am consistently impressed by their professionalism, transparency, speed, and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone in the Bloomington area (and beyond)!! A huge thanks to the whole team for taking care of my precious Merc!

they knew what the problem was, but they refused to fix it and then recommended their preferred tow company to come and get the car after I just paid a large amount to have it towed over there

I was traveling and needed my battery checked after a warning light came on, and had limited time due to dinner reservations and a performance. This shop was one of the most accommodating, professional and pleasant businesses I’ve encountered for a while. I would consider driving from Louisville for service! They were that good.
