Took my 09 Prius in because I was having some issues with the high voltage system. The guys diagnosed it as expected, a new inverter for the hybrid system was necessary. They were able to source a used one with low mileage for a good price and installed it for an even better price. They also informed me of a misfire due to worn spark plugs, which I replaced myself after taking it home. All in all I'm very pleased with the thoroughness and communication skills of the team at Worldwide! My car has never ran better!

I think I've used worldwide for over 25 years but I really like about it is that the owners and the workers don't seem to change that gives me a very secure feeling they must know a lot about my car and I know very little they have kept my 2008 Subaru running it is now March 2026. I enjoy going there I don't fear going there like I had before I found worldwide avoiding anything to do with my car and getting it fixed or getting it helped I hope when you read this, you will be encouraged to try this auto shop out. You will truly be rewarded.

What impressed me most was I was able to speak to someone who answered my questions and concerns without being dismissive as many are with women. Everyone from the person who answered the phone through the entire process was willing to talk and inform me. My car is actually driving better even though none of the work directly involved that (tires, axle, etc) Definitely will be returning.

I've worked with World Wide a few times over the past couple months to get some normal wear and tear fixed and they have been absolutely fantastic. I am consistently impressed by their professionalism, transparency, speed, and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone in the Bloomington area (and beyond)!! they knew what the problem was, but they refused to fix it and then recommended their preferred tow company to come and get the car after I just paid a large amount to have it towed over there
