These folks have always been very cooperative, efficient, friendly, and reasonable. I will be back for my next need!

Wanted to charge me over $1000 to change the valve cover gasket on my car. When asked why it would be that expensive, they told me they would have to take off the intake manifold - which is factually incorrect. Not sure if they were trying to take advantage, or were just ignorant of the specifications of the car. Either way, not something I want from my mechanic. Ended up doing the job myself. It was relatively easy and the parts cost around $130 dollars.

Amazing Technical Service Manager staff. Paul and Zach are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. These guys care about the quality of their work. They take the time to answer all your questions and will NOT recommend work that is not needed. The ONLY auto repair service in Bloomington I have found that I fully recommend. I have been to many since 1998 that are sub par at best.

The shuttle driver was very friendly and service was great 👍👍

10/10 would recommend because of how patient and courteous they were with me when I had a thousand questions about everything.
