They explain what needs to be done clearly and how much it will cost. They explain what repairs are priorities for safety and which can wait. The quality of the work and customer service are superb. The office staff is friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. The receipt clearly describes the work performed and the cost for each. They always stay in communication with me and let me know how things are going with car repairs. They sublet repairs for me that they do not specialize in, such as body work and muffler welding, saving me time and energy. The price for these repairs has also been great.
