We moved to Bloomington less than a year ago and I learned about World Wide Auto from one of my patients. I have nothing but great things to say about World Wide Auto! Their professionalism and communication was unlike anything I've ever experienced with other dealers and repair shops. Zach kept us posted on what they found throughout the day. He offered us quotes for each recommended item and explained the level of importance of the repair. He also shared possible problems (leading to increased cost) that they may run into during the service. The final bill actually came in UNDER the estimate - how often does that happen?! Before and after hours drop off and pick up made it easy to fit the repair into our busy schedule and they completed everything same day event though it was a large service project. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them!
