Always 5 stars, every single time. We have taken our vehicles to World Wide Auto for years for a good reason- THEY ARE COMPLETELY UPFRONT, TRANSPARENT AND HONEST. I believe that is something a bit rare in the auto repair industry. Anyone you talk to- to make an appointment or discuss car issues- you are treated the way a friend treats you- comfortable, respectful, kind and with upfront honesty. They explain, educate (if you want), and keep you updated throughout the process.

I like their approachability and the fact they have a woman at the front desk. And, the service guy took me seriously last year when I told him a relative died when her tire fell off, and the strange noise I heard... was it a loose tire??? He took me for a drive and explained the noises. They are worth the 45-55 minute drive.

Communication about my car was excellent. Repair was done quickly, correctly, and within the estimate given. Most reliable place in town—maybe anywhere. Thank you!
