I love having a car repair shop that I can totally trust to do great work and never charge me for what I don't need. World Wide proved themselves again today -- along with other repairs, I'd asked them to replace the batteries on both key fobs. They ended up only replacing one, explaining that the second one didn't need it. They also sold me three, not four, new tires, since one of the tires didn't need replacing.

The staff and mechanics were great! I brought in a 2012 Subaru Outback for a 105,000 check up, and they asked questions in advance, did a thorough and high-quality, job, communicated costs and changes clearly and well, and completed the job on time. I will continue to use them for all our auto repair and maintenance needs!

I’ve taken both of our family vehicles into World Wide. Each time I asked for an inspection to be performed. They found that one vehicle had a clean bill of health with no issues other than needing some tires and asked if they could provide any other general maintenance (some of which I do on my own). They didn’t create a problem to have fixed. They simply did an honest inspection and gave an honest result. They identified a radiator leak on the other vehicle which I was unaware of which could have resulted in more costly repairs in the future if it was not addressed. Their prices are fair and there staff is polite and professional. I will continue to utilize their services in the future.

This company provides excellent service and I'm happy to pay for that feeling of trust that they're looking out for my best interests. I've never felt pressured to have any services done and the team is great at answering questions and explaining what's going on with my car.
