As new European car owners, we took our 2008 Mini Cooper in for an inspection and to purchase a duplicate key. World Wide found a few minor problems, but recommended we wait to fix them since it is an extra car that won't get a lot of miles. By doing this, they totally earned our trust in our first visit.
