I booked my appointment online. This is a very simple process. I dropped the vehicle off on the appropriate date. I was greeted by a friendly technician. I had scheduled a routine oil change. The mechanics discovered a few items that needed some attention. I was sent a text outlining these items. I was able to simply accept or decline the attention items. One of the attention items was a parking bulb that was out (I had a warning light on before dropping the vehicle off). I had accepted this item via text, however; when I picked up the vehicle, the tech said that the bulb was loose and not bad. I was not charged for this service to my surprise. This is the first foreign vehicle that I've had serviced. I heard horror stories about how expensive it was to maintain the vehicle. Yes, it was slightly higher than what I was accustomed to but this did not break the bank. I was very satisfied with World Wide Motors and I look forward to working with them for years to come. I should also note that their shop is easily accessible off HWY 69 and Tapp Rd.
