Quality service with honest recommendations for a reasonable price.

I found the personnel to be normal - not fast talking sales people wanting to pad the profit margin. I would like to have been looped in to a completion timeline a bit better, but while checking out, they explained a couple of odd mechanical questions I posed without making me feel rushed or ignorant. I have absolutely no suspicion that they wanted to do work that I did not request or that wasn’t integral with the work I did request - that’s refreshing. Having a shuttle service would make it much more convenient, however, I will trust my vehicle to them for future work.

Had a serious battery issue on a complicated vehicle. Was referred to WWA by a technician from Interstate Battery. Got the vehicle there and they got me fixed up and squared away in no time. Even was able to fix the issue I was having with the Key Fob. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great service as always!

Always super friendly and great to work with. Squeezed me in to help me determine where a squeaking noise was coming from. They also took care of the issue while I waited.

Amazing staff, especially those at the front desk. They were very upfront about the costs to my 2008 VW eos. Prices were very affordable and they were very clear on the work that needed to be done and how much things would cost.10/10 would recommend

Pleased with the service and hospitality. The service was performed quickly and at lesser cost than the dealership who was quick to tell us the repair was pointless and the engine would blow up if done anyway! World Wide even provided a warranty that the dealership never did mention.
