I will always take my car here. It's the only place I've taken my car where I feel like they are completely honest with me about everything. They truly tell me what is suggested but optional versus what is truly needed. This time they gave me an estimate of costs for my next maintenance visit. I think this is an awesome thing to do, as it allows me to budget for my expenses better.

Went the extra mile to determine the root cause. Thoughtful and honest. Let me know that my issue was out of their wheelhouse and recommended another competent company. Refreshing to not feel ripped off or taken advantage of.

The service is excellent! Over and above that fact, this company does not waste your money on unnecessary services. I just picked up my BMW X3 MSport today that was in for service, including an oil change and repair of my thermostat. I had requested a full alignment. However, after driving the vehicle in multiple road tests, they determined that alignment was unnecessary. I was advised that this service was unnecessary, saving me a not-insignificant amount of money.

We started taking our vehicles here as soon as our warranties at the dealerships expired. We have been happier with the work done at World Wide Auto than at the dealerships. They are very courteous and answer any questions without making you feel stupid.
