The customer service was amazing. When I called to set up an appointment, the lady that answered the phone was very kind, which is so comforting when you are dealing with daunting car issues. The technician that worked on my vehicle was also amazing. He explained things to me in a way I understood and didn’t make me feel stupid if I needed him to reiterate anything.
