My 2011 Kia Forte was making strange noises. I wanted a diagnosis. They were unable to reproduce the clunking noises that seemed to come from the suspension. So that noise continues to occur occasionally.They were able to reproduce the engine tapping noises, and told me that the fix could get expensive. Since that noise too occurs only irregularly, I was satisfied for their honest diagnoses. I can put up with a little noise from a 12 year old car.
