Extremely polite and professional service on my cars for years. This time, they again kept my mint BMW 2002 M3, which I purchased new on European delivery, in absolute perfect, like new condition. It thrilled me to go through the manual gears on my trip home just as excited as the day I picked it up in Munich so many years ago. Always incredibly responsive, and particularly tenacious about finding issues you report. We had a noise that took several appts. to find and cure, but they kept trying and finally did locate the problem, even after other facilities had not been able to do so. Very professional on the phone and in person, always treat the customer with great respect - great customer service. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

It was my first appointment - just an oil change - but the way I was treated says it all. Everyone was courteous and friendly in a professional way. Being an elderly female, I have experienced guys in the auto care business who were condescending and worse to women in general and older women in particular.
