Thank You for the timely service on my Prius, new brakes and front wheel bearings. The question I have is, is there any connection with the fact I received a letter with a trade in value for the Prius from Royal South Toyota Two days later? I haven’t been there for at least 3 years for any type of service work.

We needed winter tires+wheels and new intake manifold. It was very convenient that everything was taken care of at the same place and time. Got a nice price on wheels and tires and they provided a vehicle while ours was there (nicest thing). I definitely recommend.

They found the source of all the weird noises - bad wheel bearings and failing axel - and got it repaired faster than I expected.
