Well of course they are great but charging me $60 to tell me my muffler needs replaced is far fetched. Arguably if I took the time to look at my own car it was likely obvious.

Great, quality service from friendly and knowledgeable staff! Instead of “telling you what to do,” they will “talk with you” about your car and advise you on what is needed. I think it says a lot about a company’s ownership and management when they can retain good employees for multiple years. I have worked with the same staff there for 18+ years now!
