I will be relocating out-of-state so this is likely my last visit after several years of extremely satisfying, skilled service. The entire staff have always been attentive,, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with, and perhaps most significant, they know what needs to done and how to do it. An anecdote; in an early visit I had taken my car to the factory dealership. They couldn’t find the cause of a problem, had me schedule a second appointment for a longer session so they could allot more time for the repair. They still could not decide what to do, so they wanted to schedule yet a third appointment in which they would start dismantling components till the problem could be identified. And, they explained that the hourly rate clock would apply for as long as it might take; no time or parts estimate could be made. I declined and drove to World Wide. The front desk staff member immediately walked me into the shop to talk to a mechanic, I explained the problem in about three sentences, the mechanic immediately told me what was broken, how long it would take to repair, and what the total max cost would be. I went back in a couple days when the part was in, the problem was fixed exactly in the time and at the price quoted. (Less than 1.5 hrs.)
