Bringing my prized Mercedes to this shop was a happy experience. Owner, Don Seader, was exceptionally patient, forthright, and helpful in answering all of my questions over several emails from me before I committed my car to his care (and even one more email from me after bringing my car). Service immediately spotted a small detail in my car that needed attention and took flawless care of me and my car. Garage seems really well run and specializes in getting the right parts and fluids for all the different foreign cars they service. Great peace of mind for me to have such a quality resource close to home and to be dealt with as a person and not just another car. I give them 5 well-weighed and deserved stars.

The experience I had at Worldwide Auto was delightful. The techs were polite and friendly. The work was done quickly while I waited and FaceTimed with my grandchildren. I was particularly impressed that they actually examined my car and noticed a potential problem with one tire and told me that my 30,000 mile maintenance was coming up. Believe it or not, the dealership NEVER did this. I can't believe I put up with the shabby service at the dealership for so many years. A good friend highly recommended you to me. And I am so glad she did!

I had an issue with my 2005 Toyota Prius that caused the "Triangle of Death" light to come on, along with two other lights. World Wide diagnosed the problems, helped me assess the car's health, and they fixed the most pressing problem to get the car back on the road. The issue was dealt with both quickly, and accurately. They also helped figure out another problem the car is having with a flaky circuit board that is annoying but shouldn't put me on the side of the road, so I have a contingency plan now to deal with that should it happen again. World Wide detailed some other potential issues with the car I can deal with at a later time, which is very helpful in trying to keep a high mile car on the road as my daily driver. I can get in the car now with confidence knowing its maintenance situation. It would be hard to find another mechanic in town with more experience working on hybrid Toyotas. They are not the least expensive shop in town, but you're paying for expertise, and experience that might otherwise be hard to find.
