Everyone there is helpful, friendly and willing to explain things so that one can understand even though one has little knowledge of vehicles. The most important feature is trust. Charges always seem reasonable, you are warned in advance if something big is coming, they are thorough and honest if you take in a used car for evaluation, and they have taken extra precautions in this time of COVD. Under "normal" times they have a shuttle and are very flexible, but it is also possible and pleasant to sit and wait in their "waiting room" for regular check-ups which take only a short time. Moreover, I have noted that this business is very supportive of the arts and activities in Bloomington - good friends in the community.
