They seem super honest here. Their hourly rate is a bit steep but I feel like they do good work so I've taken my cars there on multiple occasions.

Very honest and dependable, best in town. If you have a foreign made vehicle this is the place for service and repair. Especially is you have a Toyota or Honda as I've found the local dealerships to be extremely dishonest.
These guys are especially good at Prius repair -- the owner is a Prius enthusiast who has bought several for his own family. They are honest but pricey -- expect to pay at the level a car dealership repair shop would charge you.
