First time here since moving to Btown. Outstanding communication with regard to appointment & estimate. My only complaint is it took so long. I had my Audi oil change & alignment DONE in about 3 hours! Very nice folks. Wife’s BMW going in next week.

Worldwide is the best— that simple. The clearest communication, sensitivity to how much you might have to pay, most lasting solutions to persistent car problems. They are specialists at dealing with fancier cars, but I’ve been bringing my high mileage Toyotas to them for too many years to count and they don’t treat the cars with any less respect.

Great service at WW Automotive. They are so honest, friendly and competent. Much better than any car dealership. I had rear brake pads and rotors installed and their price was better than dealership but, moreover, they are trustworthy and totally transparent. They are my new “go-to” place for car repairs and service.

Staff is so friendly and professional. Service was very prompt and they were able to fix my car sooner than expected. Update calls/texts and online estimate of work was very helpful. I will definitely be back!
