Amazing customer service: friendly, responsive, helpful. I've had Hondas for 30 years and always used the local branch. They've kept my Hondas running, but they're not consistent about communicating or securing approval before doing work. They've also gotten very expensive since changing ownership. I chose Worldwide after talking to colleagues and reading reviews. They were spot on: great experience! They worked me in quickly, and Paul even watched a few videos I sent him to show how my engine start button was failing me. So far, so good with the repair!
