The folks at World Wide are always very helpful in explaining the service that needs to be done on my car. They take the time to explain the things that are critical vs the things that can perhaps wait. They’re always willing to try to squeeze me in when I have an emergency. The service personnel do an excellent job. I’ve only once ever had a situation when the problem wasn’t fixed when the car was returned to me. I noticed it the next morning and called and they worked me in immediately. I had my car back within the hour. I’ve my whole life been one of those “have my car serviced at the dealership” types. World Wide has converted me. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

The service was friendly and responsive! They answered all of my questions and worked with my insurance to get my Prius running after the catalytic converter was stolen. They also recommended and installed an anti-theft device that will prevent this from happening again. The service was probably more expensive than if I went anywhere else, but I feel like I got a good value for what I paid.

Great business, everyone is friendly and professional. I mistakenly showed up for my appointment on the wrong day but they squeezed me in anyway. Also they care about sustainability which is important to me.
