Although I had to leave my car longer than anticipated, it was not the fault of the mechanics. It was because of a late parts delivery. I found the ease of paying my bill on the phone and speaking with the office manager a plus. The office staff is always a joy to work with at your facility. The repair seems to have solved my problem, thus far.

These Folks offer World CLASS Service! My Mercedes was having an issue and when I say issue I knew it would be a Complicated fix. I used to manufacture Automotive components and when The Harmonic Balancer went bad I knew I needed someone competent to do the repair. Trying to get back home I called other folks that never even returned my call! These Folks scheduled me and got me in as needed and best they could. Knowing this would cause other issues they reassured me this was all I need after Thoroughly inspecting the rest of the vehicle. I drive 25k - 30k miles a year so my car has been through a lot and about to hit 200k. I am not an easy Sunday driver for sure... Zack and Robert work together as a fantastic TEAM in our post Covid era where we ARE ALL short staffed yet they deliver WORLD CLASS Customer Service like the Old days in spite of it. And still do it with the customers needs at heart and a smile on their faces. Kudos and God Bless as this type of customer care is truly lacking in today's world. Thank You for having the Best team and facility in place. I give you 10 stars!!! And they also alerted me to a Factory Safety Recall That I didn't know about yet so when I get home will Schedule ASAP. Above and beyond and Thank you all so much!!!
