Our daughter had car packed to return to Chicago at end of school year. Car wouldn’t start. Jump start proved it wasn’t battery. Had car towed to Worldwide after hours. Diagnosed, researched, ordered quality parts, and did thorough evaluation of our aging X3. Fair value, great communication from Zach.

Just had an oil change and other systems checked. They recommended new tires in a few months, so I'll keep an eye on that. But it's wonderful to know that I can trust WorldWide completely to do thorough, excellent work!

Easy overnight drop off service, called with a full report when my car was ready and I didn't feel like they were trying to get me to add on additional, non urgent services like I have felt at other places in the past.
