Once again, World Wide Motors provided great customer service in a timely manner on my GLS 450 Mercedes. They provided knowledgable insight on the various options for my repairs and helped me decide on the best repair solution for my brakes & windshield wipers.

Really appreciate their service. Good at being transparent, helpful with scheduling, and even took care of some small things (some slight bumper damage) for me just because. The only drawback is that they don't have their shuttle service up and running at present, one of many effects of the ongoing pandemic I believe, which meant taking Ubers back and forth.

World Wide is a great business. I appreciate the setting, the customer service, and the measures to reduce environmental impact, not to mention the great service!

World Wide was able to diagnose the problems and make the repairs in very reasonable amount of time. They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and always asked for my permission and gave me a price before they did any work. I will most certainly use their services again.
