I used the online form, selected a time, received an email confirming my appointment. I dropped it off. The place was very clean, plastic counter shields, everyone wore masks over their mouth & nose. They were polite and attentive. I received a call when my vehicle was repaired & ready. Upon pickup I noticed my vehicle along with everyone else’s were backed in which made it super easy to leave. They accept contactless payment (NFC) and the paper receipt has all the information.
