This was my first visit, the shop is great, clean, welcoming, and all the staff are happy to see you. They went checked my recent used purchase, identified items needing repaired and those that can wait. Couldn't be more satisfied, and right on budget, from here out this is my shop!

The loaner car saved my weekend. Zack was great and kept me informed throughout the process. Good job with your competent staff Don.

These folks are great. I took my car in for a random request to remove the lid from my cupholder, and they did it so nicely!

Thorough, thoughtful car care. A n Oil change is not the quick in and out job that one gets at these drive-in places. WWAuto changes the oil, then uses oil, use environmentally friendly synthetic oil that is good for environment. And, they schedule that change twice (not 4 times) each year and check the car with a little road test when it is finished. They answer the phone when you call, are always helpful and take whatever time you need. If you have a question, good chance they can answer it, but if not, they will consult one of people in the back. The place itself if comfortable, kid-friendly, and cheerful. Their attention to detail means that they pick up things before you notice them. My car is 20 years old, has had their great care for a long time. I expect it to outlive me!

We purchased our 2011 Pilot from my sister and brother-in-law in approximately 2015. My brother-in-law took meticulous care of the vehicle. The first trip they took was to Alaska! At the time we acquired their Pilot, it had around 75,000 miles. And Alaska has some rough roads. We now have approximately 185,500 miles on the vehicle. With Worldwide Auto’s service technicians and the owner’s commitment to provide their technicians with the most current information about the vehicles they service, there is no other place I would take our 2011 Pilot. Thank you, Worldwide Auto! And please, keep on keeping on!
