Bloomington Auto Repair

Without a doubt this is the best garage and mechanics I have found in Bloomington. I'm confident that they are doing excellent work on my car. Recently while traveling out of State I had car problems. A garage fixed it, but when I returned to Bloomington the new part put in was no good. They refused to reimburse me for the part. WWA helped me by getting their parts supplier to give me back some of the cost. Seem a warranty is only as good as the shop putting it into the car. That's great customer service!

As always, very pleased with the service today. I got new tires, balancing and alignment. It's such peace of mind to entrust my car to World Wide Auto.

I brought my 2014 BMW to World Wide for a broken door lock. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and were in communication throughout the whole process. They’re very easy to work with and I appreciate that they will let me know any other issues my car has without pressuring me to have that service/repair performed that visit. The repair seems to have worked and the door has been put back together well.
