I requested a checkup for our year old car, because we were going to take a trip to Maine. I took it in and waited for it. The car was taken in almost immediately. They looked it all over and used a coupon, so I didn't have to pay a penny! I went away feeling confident that our car was in good shape. I was anxious to switch from the dealer to World Wide Automotive Service, because I trust them completely. Besides getting a cup of organic green tea while I wait, I get extremely friendly interactions with the people at the desk, and I know I'm being charged a fair and reasonable price. I know that the work is careful and thorough. Two years ago when my dear Toyota Echo was falling apart literally - the bottom had rusted out, I was told that the car was dangerous to drive at this point. They took me back in the work room and showed me where it was vulnerable. I was confident that this was accurate and I didn't hesitate to get rid of the car and look for a replacement. It's so good to know that the mechanics are skilled, knowledgeable and honest. To say nothing of being earth-friendly.
