I used the online form, selected a time, received an email confirming my appointment. I dropped it off. The place was very clean, plastic counter shields, everyone wore masks over their mouth & nose. They were polite and attentive. I received a call when my vehicle was repaired & ready. Upon pickup I noticed my vehicle along with everyone else’s were backed in which made it super easy to leave. They accept contactless payment (NFC) and the paper receipt has all the information.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I’m an IU student who had a dead battery and needed an additional replacement for the electronics in my BMW X5. WorldWide’s prices were fair and reasonable and they followed through on every commitment they made. So happy to have found them and I will be back for regular maintenance.
