If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like family or neighbors, then World Wide is the place. I love their customer service. I love that they do their best to help or even track down problems you maybe having with your vehicle, and they don’t just start replacing parts. They do their best to track do the problem to do the repair right the first time. What I love most about World Wide is, I feel I can trust their knowledge. It’s hard to find a business that is trust worthy these days, and World Wide has that. I will keep buying Toyota’s knowing I have a reliable garage where I can get my vehicles serviced or repaired. I will continue to suggest World Wide to family and friends. This longtime local business is a comforting place to take your vehicle.

Our daughter had car packed to return to Chicago at end of school year. Car wouldn’t start. Jump start proved it wasn’t battery. Had car towed to Worldwide after hours. Diagnosed, researched, ordered quality parts, and did thorough evaluation of our aging X3. Fair value, great communication from Zach.

Just had an oil change and other systems checked. They recommended new tires in a few months, so I'll keep an eye on that. But it's wonderful to know that I can trust WorldWide completely to do thorough, excellent work!
